We operate an online service that provides users with information and advertising about Arabian Horses, including events, pedigree, articles, services, products, photos, videos, and much more. In this Statement, these are collectively referred to as our Services.

Our Services are owned and operated by Arabian Essence. By visiting our websites and related applications, whether on a computer, phone, tablet, or similar device (these are all referred to as a “Device”), you are accepting the practices described below.
As a global company, we operate in a number of countries and territories where the laws and customs differ. This Statement provides a general overview of our privacy practices; our company and all our hosting servers are based in Italy (Europe). The Italian Courts have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and determine all suits, actions, or proceedings and to settle all disputes arising in connection with Privacy and copyright purposes, each party irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Torino, Italy.
E-Mail Newsletter service
Those Users who wish to receive newsletters from arabianessence.com, thus to use its “News Service” (newsletter service provided electronically and free of charge by Service Provider; it consists in sending by Service Provider information in a form of an e-mail to User’s e-mail address), shall submit their e-mail address and agree to personal data processing. Personal data consists of all pieces of information which enable the Service Provider to identify a User, for example, User’s e-mail address. The data are processed in order to provide the service electronically in the form of newsletter mailing. Submitting these data is voluntary yet necessary for “News Service” to be provided.
Service Provider uses the received personal data only for the purposes for which Users gave their consent. Such data will be processed on the basis of art. 6, section 1, point a) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation). The data subject has the right to access their personal data and the right to rectify, delete, limit their processing, the right to data transfer, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the legality of the processing that has been carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. In case of the violation of the law, User has the right to lodge a complaint with the competent office dealing with the protection of personal data.
Information Collected

For example, we may use your location to show you the starting time of a particular event accordingly with your time zone.

● You also can add or update information and close your account. If you close your account, we will deactivate your account and remove your profile information from active view. ● As a registered member, you can modify your marketing subscriptions, including email subscription choices, at any time within your member settings. You also will be given the opportunity to unsubscribe from promotional messages, including emails with advertising and event information, in any such email we send.
Information Security
We have implemented appropriate administrative, technical, and physical security procedures to help protect your information.

Do Not Track Signals
Our website is not designed to currently respond to “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) signal requests from browsers. This is due to the lack of global standardized interpretation that defines “Do Not Track” signals. Once the industry has settled on standards related to this issue, we may re-evaluate this approach.
